Dear Colleague,
Following the success of our first two annual conferences, we are delighted to invite you to attend the 3rd winter conference which will once again be organized by The International University of Colon And Rectal Surgeons (ISUCRS) and King’s College London (KCL).
This year’s, 2015 conference, aims to be ‘Bigger & Better’.
To widen the audience participation, we will be,for the first time, including a GP colorectal forum, a surgical trainee ‘How I do it forum’, a nurses' forum ‘on colorectal surgery in 2015 and beyond' and a ‘patient and relatives colorectal cancer support group’ session in association with the charitable organization Beating Bowel Cancer.
As requested by previous participants at our meeting, we are also including, for the first time, a number of workshops on the 19th November which will take place at King’s College Hospital. Potential workshops include abdominal wall, pelvic floor assessment and advanced laparoscopic dry-lab skills training. If possible we will aim to these workshops free to with suitable accreditation/level of training delegates on a first come basis. A selection process will be implemented to maximize the benefit from attending the workshops.
In true traditional fashion, the conference will continue to have a full colorectal day didactic session on the Saturday 21st addressing difficult situations, controversies and problems in colorectal surgery which will be attractive to a range of home and international based professionals from multiple disciplines. Furthermore, we will once again, be including a lively and entertaining debate session covering topical issues in colorectal surgery on the Friday 20th.
To make attendance to the conference easy and stress free, we have held a number of hotel reservations at hotels located within easy walking distance to the conference venue. These may be purchased directly online together with your registration ticket.
So why hesitate? Join us in November 2015 in the heart of London for not only another fantastic educational meeting, a great networking opportunity and also an opportuinity to enjoy London with pre-Christmas shopping or perhaps a theatrical show at the West End!
Yours sincerely,
